Refunds and cancellations

What you pay for

Each new workspace is free for 3 months. After that, a Tenowa plan costs ₹99 a month or ₹999 a year in India, or $9 a month or $99 a year elsewhere. Taxes, where they apply, are shown before you pay. Owners and property managers pay online from Billing in the app, through our payment partner, by UPI, card or net banking.

Tenowa is a product of Serviti AI. Payments for Tenowa go to Serviti AI (OPC) Private Limited, so the payment page says “Tenowa by Serviti AI”, and your receipt and bank or UPI statement show Serviti AI. That is us.

No automatic charges

Each payment buys one month or one year. Nothing renews or is charged automatically, and we never store card details. A new period starts when your current trial or plan ends, so paying early loses no days.

Cancelling

As nothing renews automatically, you cancel simply by not paying for another period. The time you have paid for runs to its end. After that the workspace becomes read-only: you can still sign in, see and export everything, but not record anything new. Nothing is deleted, and you can pay again at any time to carry on.

Refunds

• Payments are not refunded for unused time, except where the law requires it or we agree otherwise.
• If you are charged twice for the same purchase, or money leaves your account but your plan is not extended, write to us with the payment reference shown in Billing or in your bank or UPI app. We check it with our payment partner and refund any amount taken in error.
• A payment that fails at your bank is usually returned to you by the bank automatically, within a few working days.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank decides when it appears on your statement.

When access starts

Tenowa is online software; nothing is shipped. Your plan is extended as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within minutes, and you will see it in Billing. If it does not show after an hour, choose Check payment in Billing or write to us.
